About the Scheme

Vetri Nichayam (meaning “Certain Victory”) is a state-level skill development initiative designed to equip young engineers with hands-on, domain-specific training and facilitate direct placement opportunities with leading automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The programme is delivered in partnership with Anna University Coimbatore and select institutions across Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility

Recently graduated engineers (within 2 years of passing out)
Disciplines: Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields
Enrolled under the Vetri Nichayam government portal
