We will always prefer the manual method because when the ports are configured by the tool, the tool will create the delegation ports but the tool will not create the data types as required. Further, the tool will create different Type Mapping set. This will lead to unwanted confusion because the Type Mapping Set will not be included in the #ASWC and it may have to be done manually.
Another interesting challenge is in case of multiple instance the tool will create ports but the ports will reflect in both the instances and it will be very difficult to manipulate the difference as a change in one instance will reflect in the other instance as well. For these reasons we prefer to use manual mapping than the tool assisted mapping in the #communication stack.
